FEES AND POLICIES
For select clients, Jim and Jeannette Bell open their wine country estate for weddings and receptions. With the more relaxed pace of a private villa, the Bells allow use of the venue from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm on the day of the wedding Also included in the site fee are their wedding coordination services, all cleaning fees and a parking attendant. There is an additional $6/person for the furniture: tables, chairs and 30 market umbrellas. All fees are tax, labor, and gratuity inclusive.

Saturday weddings also include use of the facility on Friday for decorating, drop off of items and rehearsal. For Sunday weddings, rehearsal is scheduled on Thursday or on a mutually agreed upon date. Fees above apply to Sunday weddings of 110 guests or fewer. Larger weddings will be considered for $500 off our Saturday pricing.

Elopements
For those who want an intimate service of 10 guests or fewer, consider our elopement package offered Monday through Thursday: 2 hours use of the facility, coordinator, minister, bouquet, photographs, cake and champagne, all for $2250.
