Polestar Hearth is a cottage industry making bread the slow, old-fashioned way, baked in a brick oven, using only flour, water, sea salt and culture.
Shareholders buy in for ten weeks at a time, sharing in a product made locally, sustainably and with a strong belief in the simple joy of handwork.

We're firing up another baking day! Starting the second week of February we'll be baking on both Wednesdays and Fridays! You'll find our Sesame Sourdough at the Stone Store in time for lunch on both of those days.
