Building Rental & Deposit Policy
Adopted January 1, 2011
The purpose of the deposit police is to provide asurances the Santa Claus UMC facility will be well maintained during it's use and coincide with the current building use police.
Users are expected to show respect and care for the facility, furniture and equipment.
Therefore, to enforce proper cleanup of the facility after its use, a deposit will be required at the time of reseration, which will be returned if the facility is returned to its original condition, if not, the deposit will be forfeited.

Includes: Multipurpose room, Room Rental Costs:
Fellowship Hall, and Kitchen For a Non-Church Event
Other Events:
