Coast Kids Theatre is the Star Theatre's Children's Theatre program. CKT was founded in 1981 with the mission to provide a quality education in the performing arts to children and young adults. We emphasize the building of self-confidence that will carry over in all areas of their lives. Some of our children have also performed at other regional theaters, including Starlight Theatre in San Diego, the Moonlight Stage Co. in Vista, the Carlsbad Performing Arts, City College Theatre and the San Diego Junior Theatre.
