Abbey Glen
Fraser Heights is located in North Surrey on the North side of Highway 1 above the Fraser River. It is a great location for commuters with easy access to transit including Skytrain, as well as all the major roadways including 176th street and the South Fraser Perimeter Road.
Originally a farming community Fraser Heights is now comprised of over 4000 homes, six neighbourhood schools, a recreation center with a community policing station, walking trails, tennis courts, a waterpark, a skateboard park, a small neighbourhood shopping village, major banks, Starbucks, Tim Hortons plus much more. It is an elegant community in a treed setting with a small town feel yet has all the conveniences of a large city close by. This is a place you'll be proud to call home!
